1. Sincerity

The first issue you should pay attention to is your intention (if you have good intentions, you will be fine). Make sure that the intention you are doing is only for Allah, seek His Pleasure so that inshAllah, with His Mercy, be rewarded in the Aakhirah. It is not to be shown in front of others that you have memorized a lot. Sincerity is not a one-time factor but it is a continuous battle that you always have to renew.

2. Consistency

The more frequently you memorize, the easier it becomes. It is very essential to be consistent and not skip a day. There is no weekend in worship. The minimum that one must memorize is at least 3 lines, 5 is more ideal. If you are consistent, inshAllah, you can be huffadh in 5 to 6 years.

3. Time

The first thing you should do on the day is to memorize, even do it before breakfast, because this is your spiritual breakfast. The best time to memorize is right after Fajr. . (Sh Yasir used to take an hour to memorize a page at the beginning, and finally it reached 15-20 minutes)

4. Atmosphere

Have a secluded place to go and memorize in a quiet place. You just can not memorize correctly with distractions, so turn off all your devices (like cell phones)

5. Familiarity:

start at the same time, in the same place and use the same porridge every day. You need to have your own copy of the Mushaf (the Madani Mushaf is highly recommended), later it will be very dear to you.

6. No magic trick:

repeat, repeat, repeat, over and over again. It is only recitation and / or repetitive listening that will help memorize.

7. Memorize with the meaning:

read the translation before beginning and try to match the Arabic words with their meanings

8. Surround yourself with recitation:

listen to the Qur'an. Before you begin to memorize, listen to what you are about to memorize

9. Find a recitation partner:

get a friend, family member or someone you know to listen to your recitation every day. Ideally, get someone who is also memorizing to create a group pressure system. Quran Qari Online is best place where you can get Qari who will listen your recitation every day.

10. Recite daily

in your salaat what you have memorized. If you forget a part, you will immediately rush to the Qur'an and correct your error and never make this mistake again.

11.Triple daily dose:

a) New memorization at the assigned time of the day.
b) Review of the previous 7 days, just before starting the new memorization: This is because the fastest you forget is the new memorization. And in doing so, the connector will also be built between the old ones and the new part that will be memorized. In addition, it will be a good warm-up for the brain when you remember your memory and recite, before starting the actual exercise of doing the new memorization.
c) At a later time / at another time of the day, check them before the last 7 days. The minimum must be 4-5 pages.

12. Do not jump around. Be consistent.

Do not try to go to another sura if you find it difficult and respect the order. That way, you will have the satisfaction of having completed a juz instead of leaving some parts here and there.

13. The three pieces.

Start from the back. Shorter Surahs will bring you a great boost. You must divide the memorization of the Qur'an into three parts:
a) Juz 28, 29, 30 or simply Juz 29, 30
b) Surah Al-Kahf to Juz 28
c) Sura Al-Baqara to Sura Al-Kahf

(JazakAllah Kheir to those who shared )

Tips For Memorization

Quran Memorization " Hifz " or simply memorizing the Koran is a dream for all Muslims. However, most of the brothers and sisters complain that due to their hectic daily schedules, they do not have time to dedicate themselves to memorizing the Koran. We spoke with several Islamic scholars, many of whom had memorized the Qur'an and asked them for effective advice on how to master the memorization of the Koran despite being busy both at work and at home. The advice they gave (specifically aimed at busy people) includes the following: 1- Get up early in the morning   Be the first to wake up and, if possible, first offer the prayers of Fajr in the mosque. When you have finished with the morning prayers, instead of spending your time in frivolous activities such as watching television or surfing the Internet, take a few minutes to memorize the Qur'an. 2- Set realistic goals and memorize less than you think you can You may be tempted to memorize one or two pages ...

Islam and Mother part 2

This is the part 2 of  our previous blog names islam and mother.now we continue our blog. 2. Caring for uncles and aunts, both of the father and the mother Some religious laws before Islam neglected the mother's relationships, making them insignificant. With the advent of Islam, he sympathized with the importance of caring for uncles and aunts, both on the father's side and on the mother's side. A man approached the Prophet, blessings and peace be upon him, and said: "I committed an offense, could I atone for it?" He asked: "Do you have a mother?" The man said: "No." He asked: "Do you have a maternal aunt?" The man said: "Yes." The Prophet, blessings and peace be upon him, said: "Be good to her." (Transmitted by Termithy in "Righteousness and Relations" (1905); Ibn Hibban Charity (EI-Ehsan) (435); and Al-Hakim who amended it on the terms of the two Sheikhs, agreed upon by Al-Dhahaby, 4/155, all on th...
